Very poor service. No welcome, no one came to the counter, no receipt paper when we placed order for ourselves. Only reaction we got was with the girl who gave us our order and she was very sweet, remade our drinks for me because was not marked and I am dibetic and needed to know which one was diet, this need to ne noted in training to mark the lid when diet is ordered because the customer may have a restriction or medical need to have to have that drink. The service was very slow as they had no line going for the front orders and was getting mixed up. If they had workers working front orders and ones working windows and had some kind of line going they would not of had so many order getting messed up, and so many waiting on food. Should of read the reviews before stopping here. Placed an order. Waited 30 minutes. Then when I started asking for atleast our drinks that's when they started clapping back with attitude saying "we will get to it" ..... when??? In an hour? Can we atleast have our drinks ??? Then she proceeded to hand them to us and then took them back because I was upset. GIVE US OUR FOOD THAT WE PAID FOR OVER 30 MINUTES AGO ON THE APP! There's people standing the lobby waiting for their food and their ONLY priority is the drive thru! Very appalling with the treatment we received when all these employees where in the absolute wrong.

McDonald's isn't what it used to be. They slapped the food together. Keep you waiting in line forever. I waited over 15 minutes. Thank God My granddaughter came in and helped me do it on their computer won't go back.

Curbside pick up slow as I don’t know what. Been sitting here for over 20 minutes with cars that have gone through the drive through getting their food faster than mine.

Terrible service waited 15 minutes for a freaking straw and didn't get my food until the people that came after me. I even tried to yell in the back for a straw. I didnt even get everything I asked and payed for.
