McDonald's

Someone mopped the floor by the register as we arrived, and left it incredibly wet. No receipt or order number provided at the kiosk. Staff disorganized and spoke little to one another. Inside customers largely ignored and we waited 20 minutes for four sandwiches and an orange juice. One sandwich was WRONG and my orange juice is 99% water. Absolutely horrible service and teamwork at this location. Incredibly sad that we stopped there. The only blessing is I live out of state and will never ever have to return for any reason. If I lived nearby I’d eat at the Burger King across the street.

I understand the restaurant industry, I understand we’re low staffed. That being said, I came in for an order with another individual to get a meal to go as the drive thru was mostly full. In the lobby was people, and nobody ever came to the register. So im forced to use the screen inside to order. I ordered. I waited… and waited. I watched the drive thru get orders, and more, and more. I watched the line fill and the line leave. I watched everyone else (DD mostly, two online pre orders) get their food after waiting a long time. Before I knew it, I had waited 40 minutes after ordering to receive my food. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I am now scarred from going back because all I can think of is 40 minutes for French fries…. All I can think of is standing for 40

I placed an order at 7:44 PM and paid for it at Kennebunk. It was a drive-thru reservation. I waited about 15 minutes, and after that, a man came out and said, "We're closed." although it says it closes at 11:00PM. I responded in surprise, "But I paid for the order here." To which he replied, "The only thing I can recommend is to go to Biddeford and order there." Which is what I did. I placed the order there, showing my full receipt with all the details. But then I discovered that quite a few items were missing or unfilled, such as a drink (lemonade), additional ingredients in burgers, sauces, and French fries instead of apples in a Happy Meal.

Writing this review from the “reserved drive thru spot.” Don’t come here, it’ll probably be less time to drive the ten minutes to Saco than to wait in the line for twenty minutes, just for them to tell you to go park and wait some more. I placed a mobile order before coming and still had to wait 25 minutes. Ridiculous.

just walked here and got my stif and 2 cheese burgers no beef pattys for my vegitarian friend and it says no beef but we got 2 beef burgers. so we called to let them know to keep an wye pur for that stuff bc we cant come back tonight and we were hung up on. do better.
