We fell in the restroom because it was so slippery. They hadn't mopped yet. Took 10+ minutes to get our order of 4 filet o fishes, and then on the filet there was hardly any tardar sauce and a half piece of cheese.

The staff truly excel here. They are very friendly and efficient! My iced coffee was prepared in a timely manner and was delicious. The bathroom was also clean, which is a great plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this location!

Stop here sometimes on my way to Norton. Lady who works drive-thru is typically hateful. The food was fresh but the tea had been made and watered down and looked almost like dirty water.

I ordered the 2 for $5 mix and match and got 2 fish filet with mayo, no tartar, and a basket of fries with no salt. They fries were greasy and didn't seem fresh, and for some reason, I got two McChicken patties on buns with mayo. I made a verbal complaint with manager (over the phone) who said his name was Adam and was told they would put my name down because I don't wanna backtrack to the store, but could get replacement next time I come thru. Please double check your food before you leave, like I wish I did. They're usually decent at their orders unless it like above or bacon big Macs(never could get bacon on them when they were offered). I will update if I get it replaced or not

i have been there multiple times before close now and they refuse service and ignore me. i understand it’s getting late and towards closing but when i see someone in the drive through before me and then you don’t serve me what does that make me think. i get off work late but arrive before their said “ closing time” and cant ever get any service. i know its frustrating but it also frustrating for me too when i get off late and am starving and they’re technically still open. tonight i waited about 6 minutes before i decided to pull around. they were all outside smoking.
