It would be smart to teach your employees to listen to the customer when they're ordering and have them read the order back. The person taking my order not only charged me for an extra large fry, but was also rude and dismissive while appearing disheveled and exhausted. Don't think I'm going to be showing up to this location anymore, been nothing but bad experience

i put my order in the kiosk and was waiting to pay. A manager that was finishing an interview was able to put the interviewees order in. i was ignore for 12 minutes before i finally got an order But it wasnt mine. turns out that even if you are obviously waiting in front of the counter, the employees will just ignore you until you get the wrong order. and then they gaslight you into thinking its your fault for not confirming or paying for the order even though no one waited on me to find out if i needed to pay for my food. i only have 30 minutes for my lunch and wasted half of it just standing there being ignored. If I could give it negative stars I would.

You can dine in, go thru Driver thru, eat in, or pick up at the counter or wait in your car during day light hours. Friendly atmosphere and nice positive staff.

Been here 3×1st time it was freezing cold dirty tables, 2nd time cold 3rd time I get a coffee and I am doing some work on my computer and my coffee sat for too long unfortunately got cold, so I went up and asked…do you mind dumping this because it’s cold and filling it up the guy did not look at the tag, did not dump it so when he returned, I said did you dump it? He said oh did you want it dumped? Yes…how many creams…10 creams …well that’s why it’s cold….I proceeded to tell him that it was not cold when I first got it. It was because I was sitting there, he returned and was insistent that I feel it to see if it’s hot? Very weird, confrontational and awkward. I will not be back to this restaurant. Although I appreciate the effort of cleanliness.... During my visit this morning one of the employees was wiping down the table tops and then with the same towel wiping down the chairs and seats.... This is highly unsanitary as the chairs and seats are more prone to bacteria because of bodily secretions and fluids, and to wipe the chairs and tables with same towel without a dip or rinse is absolutely disgusting and against health code policy therefore making this situation a health code violation !!!! Sanitizer buckets are provided for the purpose of cleaning and sanitizing and one for tables and one for chairs... Please take this matter and message as a wake up call and train your employees the proper way to sanitize your restaurant as this dining experience for me was stomache turning an
