McDonald's

The service members working the second window at this McDonald’s are incredibly rude. Every time I visit, I order a couple of extra hot picante sauces, but I always end up getting shortchanged. The most recent experience I had involved being ignored multiple times, laughed at, and questioned for no reason. How can a worker possibly try to be helpful and attentive if they’re constantly being rude and dismissive? To make matters worse, they folded on increasing the sauces I received three times before finally giving me all the sauces I ordered. On top of that, I previously had my window punched (no damage) by a worker delivering food in the parking lot for no apparent reason. Weird way to get someone to roll their window down. I understand that this is a campus McDanks, but if this is how

I'm a driver - food is never ready, just now I had an order I waited for 10+min on only for it to be cancelled because they were out of breakfast food despite ACCEPTING THE ORDER and it was in progress when I arrived and then someone noticed how long I was waiting, asked who appeared to be the manager with a beard net on the date this was posted at 11:15am started touching everything on my Uber app instead of asking for me to pull it up, was rude saying stuff I was showing him "meant nothing to" him and then proceeded to tell me they were out in an annoyed tone and walked off without even an apology or explanation. Normally they would've never noticed me because no one mans the counter but this lady was new and nice - stay away and go down the street to Wendy's or Taco Bell or B-Dubs.

I was at this mcdonald’s for a hour, waited outside in the curbside spots for over 30 minutes, and never received my order! a worker brought us the wrong order then told us he’ll be back and never came back. they told us the order didn’t pop up but i paid for it and everything went through. we went inside after waiting 10-15 minutes for him to come back outside and they told us they threw all the curbside orders away and didn’t offer any resolution. I had to ask for a refund and their explanation was they were busy and people forget. this is absolutely insane.

Drunk college kids. Loud, cussing, bumping into my kids. Waited 30 mins. Food was old and soggy. Didn't get my fries. Do not go here. Drive 10 minutes and go to the other one.

why is that one older blonde lady so rude? as she was taking our payment, she was unnecessarily agitated and was acting extremely unkind in general. maybe let nicer employees assess the drive thru.
