McDonald's

I ordered 2 happy meals but they just gave me one. I did asked them. They still said already had 2 meals in the Halloween bucket. I trusted them so I didn’t check again. I used to have bad experience here and this is the last time I ordered food here. Never come back again. Extremely bad customer service.

They have you pull around to the other side of the building every single time now and the biggest problem with this is that they do it to every car. They then wait until they have 3 orders ready at once which means your food is done but you’re waiting on 2 other orders to be finished before they bring the food to your car. I know that they are doing this to keep their average drive-thru time low, but it’s not fair to the customer. Multiple times I’ve had to walk back inside after they drop off my food because the order is incorrect. Every time I order the seasonal hot honey dipping sauce they give me hot mustard instead because the expeditor is not reading the full description on the screen. This is a huge inconvenience. This place used to make your food stellar! Lately it feels like the quality has gone down. Got a couple steak and egg breakfast sandwiches and the steak just felt really over cooked and dry, like almost chewy, not tender and moist like I've had from other locations. Not the first items I've had an experience with like this either. I pick this place because it's close but I may start going to the other McDonald's in town. Staff is still great! Although, I'm hoping this food quality issue will turn around soon.

The worst McDonald's in town, order is wrong or inedible every time I try and stop by after work. Tonight, they literally missed the bottom bun with half the top bun wrapped around it, as well as a fillet o fish that could've been assembled better by a Parkinson's patient.

Just sad. Cold fries, burger looked like it got stepped on, cold chicken nuggets cooked in old grease.
