McDonald's

picked up an order via mcd app, the order was missing items and ordered 3 hamburgers with no onion and pickle. The picture is reflecting what the order really looked like. They almost put condiments on the burger. Last time we received an order wrong, fries had seen better days, old and undercooked. This is the worst location in the valley.

I used the app to get one of their exclusive deals that my card was linked to. I show up at the drive thru around 10:30pm when I was asked the normal prompt “will you be using the app today?” Where I said yes and provided my code, for what ever reason they said Im just redeeming points and upon looking at the app the screen changes and I no longer have a code but an additional 10 points confused I clicked confirm and it gave me a new code for the same order I provided and the same outcome happened. We go through the process one more time where I ask “what gives, you guys closed”, they said no and told me they will be unable to give me my order. I said “okay I’ll just reorder it and pull around.” The manager trying to cut in while pulling away insists they won’t be able to help me, confused

I eat her a couple times a month because it’s the closest place to my house and it usually works out ok for the most part. Well tonight I came in and got food and drinks and ice cream spent 40/50$ I get my food to go come home start eating. I start drinking my drink and noticed that there’s something black inside of it. I thought it was a bug. I was honestly just gonna pick it out and finish drinking it because I don’t really care about that but it was mold or mildew in the actual ice. I couldn’t finish drinking it but I decided to call and just let them know so that they can fix it for anyone after me the person I talk to you was kinda rude and told me that it wasn’t possible that the mildew or mold could be in the ice. And I said well, I just wanted to let you know have a good night.

Food was cold, except for nuggets. The trashes were all super full, trash on all the tables and floor and there was a group of teenagers that were hollering at each other and horsing around, throwing stuff at each other.... They were talked to once by an employee that was obviously familiar with them, then they picked right back up as soon as the employee was in the back. We complained to management when it continued to escalate and they were "talked to" again. Teens then yelled at us and threatened us as we left. What am awful experience!

Twice now I've gone to this location and ordered a bigmac with no pickle extra mac sauce and bacon. And twice ive gotten less than extra mac sauce. You have a reader board infront of you with instructions for orders... if you cant follow instructions you shouldn't be working there.
