This McDonald’s on Balfour Road has been frustratingly inconsistent lately, and most of it comes down to order accuracy, especially when there are customizations. Mistakes happen everywhere, but here it feels routine, and it has reached the point where “fast food” turns into babysitting my own order. When I am paying extra for add-ons or making simple changes, I should be able to trust that the kitchen will follow what the order actually says. What makes this so aggravating is that McDonald’s already has a system designed to prevent exactly these problems. Orders are displayed on monitors for both the front counter and the production line, and those screens list every item and every customization clearly. Not sure what the problem is at this McDonald’s location, but when I go through the drive thru, the fries are never hot! I can order them in Livermore at the Vasco Rd location and they are still hotter by the time I get home 25 min later than the fries I get from this location less than 2 minutes later. Thought maybe once in awhile, but every similar time.

Great play place with lots of kids. Ordered food to the table but they didn't bring the sodas. Noticed they did that to everyone. If they can't bring the order to the table they should remove the option.

Came here with our baby for her to play on the playground. The playroom here is big and cool. Everything around it was dirty and just no place to sit down to wait for the child to play. It's horrible.

Recieved horrible customer service at this location multiple times. Really sucks that it’s the closest one to my home. The manager Mary has a funky attitude and is very dismissive when talking to customers. Go at your own risk.
