McDonald's

I haven’t had McDonald’s in a few years. I had a really good experience. This location has a drive thru and inside seating. Clean on the inside. The woman who took my order was courteous and helpful. The food was good. I got a spicy chicken sandwich. The best part was the sauce. The chicken was crispy and delicious. The fries were also very crispy.

One of the managers was great last time but there was one that saw me waiting there to ask for something and ignored me and just stand there waiting for the food instead of asking what I needed (I just needed a cup for water ) love this place and come all the time for my kids but managers need to get better training!

Probably the worst McDonald's I've had to go to unfortunately it's the only one in town, food is rarely fresh. Also, they routinely do not include toys in their happy meals, please check your happy meals before driving away. Daughter only wanted the croc toy, guess what wasn’t included. If you can avoid Federal Rd McDonald’s, New Milford and Danbury locations are much better.

I don't necessarily have an issue with the service or the staff but the only issue I have is with the dine in hours. On the door it clearly says dine in hours are till 11pm but the doors are locked at 10pm. It sucks because I'm a truck driver who delivers to the Costco nearby and I just want o run in and get a quick bite to go. The drive thru is open and I can't drive my semi through there. If dine in hours closes at 10 then post the correct hours.

I am done with this branch everytime I order something they get it wrong. Food for thought Maybe hold classes on what your menu is. And make sure they understand that when you say no cheese, that means no cheese not remove everything else and slap cheese on it. I rather drive to Wendy's now. Atleast they get the order right
