Long line, kiosks not printing receipts, and orders not showing on the screen. On top of that, not enough staff to handle the crowd. This was easily one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. I watched people waiting more than 25 minutes just to get their order. Definitely needs better management during busy hours.

There is never anyone at the cash register to order. The tables are always dirty. Alot of the workers do not understand English well , so when you do finally get to order....it takes multiple times to eventually get them to understand your order. My order occasionally still comes out wrong even after explaining it multiple times. It's an aggravating experience almost every time.

Raher small location with no drive through. As per usual, need to check your bag for accuracy. Orders can get longer than suggested in the app unless you remind the staff about it a few times. MAKE SURE TO USE THE APP for special offers and points. I may pay as little as 50% of the full meal price when using the app.

Ordered through kiosk but they missed one hamburger. Had to come back to pick up with no apology nor compensation at all. Take home lesson is checking the missing items before or no more visit this store.

Employees at 10:15 p.m. had a physical barricade made of chairs and high chairs laying on their sides. Blocking off the restrooms and an employee came out and yelled at me that the bathroom was closed when I needed to change my tampon. I would give zero Stars if I could
