McDonalds

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers meat and cheese only and the woman working the drive through repeated my order back to me both at the speaker and at the window and when I got home both of my burgers were absolutely filled with diced onions. This McDonald’s just opened and they already messed up the simplest order possible.

Went for breakfast they got my order completely right except when I asked him for strawberry preserve jam. They did not put any in my bag and I asked for it. They didn't even put salsa in my bag and I asked for that also.

Ordered 2 20 pc mc nuggets and 2 baskets of fries on the app for delivery. They forgot 1 20 pc mc nuggets. Such a simple order yet they messed it up.

The food was fresh when I got it out of the drive-thru and very good. But the employees forgot a couple things, like a large fry and large sprite. I instead got a medium sprite and had to ask for the large fry. That, and I ordered and paid for a large chocolate milkshake, and instead got a small milkshake. When I tried to correct them, I was handed back the very obviously small milkshake and was told “No, it’s a large, it’s just very small.” I have ordered large milkshakes from McDonald’s before, and I say with 100% certainty that it was a small they gave me. It even got confirmed by who I’m assuming to be a manager on duty. If they don’t have any large or medium cups left, I’d’ve been fine just getting a small. But I was charged for a large and they had the gall to blatantly lie and clai

I bordered 4 mcgriddles a steak egg cheese bagel and a small coffee. The mcgriddles were thrown in the bag half wrapped and falling apart. The bagel was hard as a rock. And the last sip of coffee I spit out had a teaspoon of coffee grounds. Is there any quality control going on before the food is sent out? Is the manager keeping the employees managed? Do the employees take pride in serving the local people of this town? I feel like this is already becoming the terrible Sonic across the street! Please mcdonalds do better. You're in a brand new location and new store. Every product coming out should be as close to perfect as it can get being brand new.
