McDonald's

Came through during afternoon off hours and service was very slow. Floors were dirty, table tops were dirty, bathrooms were messy. I guess fast food isn't "fast" anymore, we definitely dont have "value" menus for sure. Its hard to justify stopping at McDonald's these days.

Great location we needed a place to stop and grab a quick bite. Plenty of parking even offered trailer or larger vehicles. Restrooms were clean, and this McDonald's didn't have that funky grease traps need to be cleaned smell. We ordered on the kiosk and we received our food quickly and the correct temp. We'll definitely be back.

Christina is life!! From the moment I walked in this store, her pleasant attitude and big smile made me feel.. well.. warm. And she wasn't even smiling at me! But when it was my turn, lemme tell you what happened. I ordered a large fry. That's it, just a box of french fries. When it was ready, she offered a Coke that had been made, but deemed extra. For me? You shouldn't have! Later, I was trying to fill a travel mug and ordered a large and medium coffee. Turns out, my cup was bigger than that. This kind soul said, "If you need more to fill that up, let me know." I did and she filled my cup. What I'm trying to say is Christina is the picture of customer service. There was a time when I would get good service and I'd write on the comment card "Make her the manager!" That ain't no kind o

We have almost stopped using McDonald’s because so many force you to use the kiosk in order to order unless you just wait forever for someone to wait on you at the register. We stopped at this McDonald’s and we had excellent service. We didn’t much more than walk-in and a young gentleman said how can I help you. I fail to get his name, but he was very nice and we got our food fast.

The food was nice especially for travel and the service was nice and simple. Would recommend for traveling off of i-75
