McDonald's

Just went through the drive-thru and got and unsweet tea. Look like water. There is hardly any color in it or anything. I asked them if they're sweet tea was any darker cuz people drink tea for caffeine. Nope exactly the same. I get tea all the time for McDonald's and have never had this experience. While getting me a different drink the Manager started being mean to the person helping me because she wasn't moving through the drive-through fast enough. Who's making dirty faces at her and at me. Are drive-thru time is the most important thing for you? Customer service mean nothing? Your penny pinching so bad you have to not make tea the proper way? How much do you think you're saving every month by not making your tea properly? Probably saving close to $10 huh. I guess it's worth it in exch

Awfully long wait in the drive thru. The burgers appeared to be thrown together. We love McDonald's but it's getting too expensive to have such lack of caring by the employees.

I walked in here and it was strangers, workers were making out right each other at the tables, their family members were all here. They were busy trying to read my order. It took 5 people to figure out a hot drink and a cold drink. Like I said this place is just very strange. Finally the lady sitting at the table w her family (manager) had to make my drink because no one else could figure it out.

The manager was absolutely great , covered our meal after a very rude employee decided to tell us they don’t serve double cheeseburgers and to “move to the second window” because she didn’t “wanna deal with yall” lol glad we were faced with a knowledgeable & kind manager! But you run into the girl big eyelashes…. Good luck!

The worst chicken nuggets I have ever eaten. They tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. They were soggy and cold. When McDonalds used to be cheap, maybe I wouldn’t be so upset. But it was $14 for the meal. I was on the road so wasn’t going to drive back and ask them to remake. McDonald’s is usually consistent .Quality control was definitely not followed.
