I ordered delivery. They put in the potatoes as if they'd stolen them, and they didn't even put any straws in the Kolya. The service couldn't be worse.

Manager needs an attitude check because I believe I ordered and it was wrong on yalls part and no sorry or not even a smile and was talked to in a very rude manner and then to purposely do what u did was wrong too go and put extra seasons on my meat that u knew was for my dog and be smart ass about it dead wrong I want a corporate call asap

I'd give more stars if I was allowed. The best drive through experience I've had in years!! All employees from the ordering to the delivery was professional & friendly. I was impressed that our food could have been commercial & magazine perfect which is rare to never with any fast food. Order was correct! Most locations in the area would benefit from training with this crew. Good job to the management team & employees at this shift! 👏 👏👏👏

I was standing at the register. Waiting bunch of Spanish. People were talking talking talking making jokes. I was standing there. I asked the lady, excuse me, but can you help me? And nobody nobody listened to me. Nobody paid attention to me then. When the guy came up, I asked him, hey, you know I was here before the other people behind me? And he was getting all mad, the manager came out. And had a bad attitude. I called her on the phone a was worse on the phone. Tell him giving excuses there shouldn't be no excuse without paying attention to your customers. 15 minutes waiting. I will never go back there again. I would advise everyone not to go back there again. Their customer service and their managers are really terrible. At the job they're doing, they don't care about customer service.

Check anything you order from here before you eat. I got a big mac and this is the lettuce they decided to put on my burger. This lettuce looks like it's been sitting out for weeks.
