Very average experience. I placed my order through the app. It was prepared correctly, but the staff had almost zero contact/interaction with me. The parking lot is also weirdly shaped, I wanted to park and settle my soda before getting back on the road, but I couldn’t pull around the restaurant and it was just kind of a mess.

On January 11th my family was stranded at this McDonalds because our car had broken down. The staff was so polite, and empathetic to our situation. If it had not been for Tommy and his generosity my sanity might not have made it through the night. The sheer fact that he called a friend to try and help us says a lot. With temperatures in the teens, and us being from out of State again the generosity will never be forgotten. 💞💞😹

The food was standard McDonald’s quality tasty and consistent, no complaints there. However, my burger was a bit undercooked, so I had to take a point off for that. The biggest issue, though, was how freezing cold it was inside. We’re in the middle of one of the coldest winter days, and everyone, including the staff, was wearing coats just to stay warm. It’s really uncomfortable for customers, and honestly, I felt bad seeing the employees trying to work in those conditions. This needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

reading these reviews doesn’t add up to me i been going to this location for over 4 years not once has the staff been rude to me always helpful and ask me if im using my app to help me save money , 2 guys that work window been there for years they need a raise there both always so kind and friendly manager is helpful when there’s a mistake in my order (not everybody is perfect new hires i understand) and sometimes they park me but it’s worth it at the end because my food is so hot it burns my mouth this is my favorite location i have ever been too .

Unacceptable Customer Service and Unfair Practice I visited the McDonald’s on Baltimore National Pike this morning and ordered two sausage and egg McGriddles (no cheese). When I checked my receipt, I noticed I was charged for sausage, egg and cheese McGriddles, even though I specifically said no cheese. I went inside to explain that I shouldn’t be paying for an ingredient I didn’t receive. The employee told me, “It’s the same price—it’s not our fault you don’t want it,” and brushed me off completely. That response was not only rude but also completely dismissive of a valid concern. What if someone had a food allergy or dietary restriction? It’s unfair and unsafe to tell customers they’ll still be charged for something they can’t eat.
