McDonald's

This is my favorite McDonald’s in Chambersburg. It’s the easiest to get in and out of (the one on 30 is a literal nightmare, both parking/driving wise and wait time). I’ve been eating here since I was little, and although I miss the older model, the newly renovated inside also has a nice atmosphere. The person who works the drive thru, (I’m thinking mostly breakfast time hours) is so super nice. I don’t know their name but they’re super unique and awesome. I do Doordash, this one has a low wait time they get orders out quickly (unlike the one on 30 🙄). If you want McDonald’s, and you don’t live in Scotland, (make the drive) go, this one’s better.

OMGNESS other McDonald's need to take notes from this place. Im just passing through heading to my next work site. The breakfast sandwich sausage egg mc muffin was SOOOOOOOO fresh. Egg was fluffy and the sausage wasn't dripping from grease it was PERFECT!!!! Like a taste of HEAVEN.

Normally my visits to mcdonalds are never worth mentioning. Whether it be good food and grumpy employees or the opposite. Today I was greeted with a smile and told to have a good day along with 2 picture perfect sandwiches and a coffee that is delicious and made the correct way. No sugar laying in the bottom of the cup.... thank you to the two employees I interacted with at the drive thru windows, you started my day off with a smile and that can forever change someone's entire day.

My worst experience at McDonald's. My meal was never delivered to my table. My order was never announced. The restaurant did not have any napkins or ketchup. After waiting for 15 minutes I went to the counter and my orders was just sitting there. I had to ask for a cup for my drink. Addendum: I was provided a link to repeat this same information on the McDonald's web site. The link required a restaurant number. I was never given a receipt so I can not complete the review there. This restaurant is a total disgrace

Order system is not working correctly. Went back up for items we did not receive. Still did not get the full order. Settled because we waited long enough with employees ignoring us at the counter. At one point the gentleman in tan pants climbed on the counter to troubleshoot.
