Condition of the restaurant is absolutely disgusting. We stopped by around 8AM and none of the tables or seats were wiped. Our group had to scavenge around looking for the least dirty table. God knows when the windows were cleaned and I’m honestly petrified that if dining areas are this dirty how dirty the kitchen would be. It’s disappointing to see such poor hygiene in a place that serves food. For a restaurant that clearly gets a ton of traffic, you’d think cleanliness would be a priority, but it’s obvious that management has completely dropped the ball here. I notified corporate for them to take action on this particular branch. Hopefully they take action very soon.

Your female bathroom at this location on the right stall is leaking water everywhere and needs to be fixed. You all don't even check your own store. There is water all over the floor and it's probably feces and urine everywhere. Gross. Also, is there a reason why your employees don't understand and acknowledge health standards at this fast food restaurant? The employee working late afternoon shift at around 3:50pm clearly doesn't. Stuck her hand all on the underpants of the drink cup. Had an attitude, no smile, very rude. She may have been going through some rough times, but we are too. That doesn't mean to have bad customer service. She didn't barely look at me, no smile, just rude face and stuck her dirty hands, so now all germs were in the cup from her hands. Disgusting. You need to do

Very busy location near the Dulles Expo center. I made my order through the McDonald's mobile app and as I collected my order I recieved a proper customer welcome, reciept andvmy food right away. The food was hot the soda crisp and I wasn't sent to park off to the side because my order wasn't ready. This location is one of the few in the United States that I would return to when in the local area.

Chicken nuggets weren't hot, not even warm. They were cold, I was very disappointed with the food. Fries were good but not hot. I thought drive thru the food would be nice and hot. I guess wrong.

There was an issue with someone order ahead of us took almost 20 mins to resolve while rest of us had to wait in line and there is no exit out of the line so we had no choice but to wait. This 20 mins makes a big difference in someone schedule when we are on the way to work and school. There are other ways of handling this situation in a drive thru and not make everyone behind them wait.
