McDonald's

We went expecting to get good service and a good meal for our travels. Once we got in there the worker were running around everywhere, workers were also yelling at the customers to wait. They also ran out of food and then offered to replace it with cookies, mind you, the cookies vs the food price was insane. They also forgot our drinks and sauces we ordered. When we came back to pick up the missing items, they accused us of lying and not paying for it. 2/10 service, food even came out a little raw as they were rushing around. Don’t come here if you want good quality service.

This food taste horrible, immediately feel sick after eating, I’ve noticed with this location the food always taste bad and the staff is rude. Owner is a horrible person letting this place run like this.

For the franchise owners: Today is 1/26/26 and my order was submitted at 4:33PM through the app for a simple ice cream cone. The kid working the counter was too busy giving his friends free ice cream with Oreos while I continued to wait for an ice cream cone. I used to be a manager at McDonald’s and in my time, I would fire employees for theft. Not to mention the terrible customer service. I provided the time for you to validate what I experienced through your security cameras. I was at the front counter.

Only giving 2 stars because they have a new system that's so annoying. They want to seem fast on paper but in reality they make you pull up or to the front of the store now so that the drive thru sensor sees them as fast. I'd rather wait in line than have to drive up. There were 3 cars still in front of me by the time I paid so I had to drive all around the mcdonald's back to their parking lot.

This McDonald’s it truly getting better, I used to get at least 1 wrong item in my order (pretty big order) been coming here more recently and the staff not only is super friendly but haven’t had any wrong orders recently, it does get packed a lot which I understand but I’m honestly loving the new vibe of the place! There is 3 kiosks, a self serve soda selection of Coca Cola products and a walk up / biking window! Love this place and love the workers!
