Ordered DoorDash and yall literally didn’t give me half my food. I even messaged the DoorDash driver and he said that the worker said everything was in there. This location sucks bruh.no drink, no sauce, no fries. Screw yall. Burger King and Wendy’s is better . And I’ll stand on that. I literally haven’t ate here in years but had a craving. Sucks I have to go all the way to Easley. That location is so much better and the service there is always 10/10

*Update at bottom* I got food Togo and my burger was supposed to be a double quarter pounder with bacon but was completely wrong and after going in for a second bite out of my burger I realized it was very under cooked my drink was inside of my bag to begin with and was already spilt all over my fries and nuggets making them cold and soggy. I will never again go to this location! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves. That’s $30+ down the drain! I got food poisoning and also contacted McDonald’s and was not only ignored by the manager but was also implied to be a liar about the whole situation even though I have photos as proof.

First mcdonalds I have gone to in a long time and how do I get treated? Well let me tell you, I come inside after paying for my food and I have to sit there for 30 minutes. Not only that but the employee that was giving food practically dropped it infront of me on the counter without even a smile or a normal mcdonalds farewell. My fries were practically upside down AND COLD. I understand it was late but the disrespect is something I will not tolerate. I will be taking my business somewhere that actually knows how to treat customers.

We all know that McDonalds doesn’t have the best food and service but I really didn’t expect the service here to be this bad since Clemson is kind of a tourist area. I spoke with Carys the GM about our food and service but it seems like she didn’t care too much about our bad experience here. Our breakfast was cold, the egg was a tablespoon and the coffee was not filled completely. In addition, everyone that was at the restaurant had the food brought to their table and served to them except for us. This was overall a very unwelcoming atmosphere and the location really needs to improve the mir food and service since they receive a bunch of visitors from out of town. If you want better service and food go to the Chick Fil A that is right beside this location.

One star I sold you love this place but today the man at the drive-through was so rude. I don’t even know what to say. At this point every time I would tell him what I wanted he would go huh and then whenever I got to the window to get my food he spilled a drink on me. I bypass that thinking it was just an accident and then when I looked in the bag at my food after I got home, I ordered a McChicken with mayonnaise and no lettuce they gave me a spicy meal And they put pickles on my chicken sandwich and there’s also no mayonnaise. I so do Wish that McDonald’s would do a better job with choosing who they hire. Never eating here again
