I ordered some hot chocolates for me and my friends to help combat the cold outside. In a single hour I witnessed staff tell people to respect the cleanliness of the restaurant or leave and the same towing guy two or three times come around to our table to check if it was our car he was about to tow. The service was a little slower than I expected, and I wasn't sure if they were going to bring the food to me or wanted me to wait at the counter.

THIS IS THE WORST MC DONALDS EVER EVER. Run for your darn life!! Below par food, absolute waste of money, stooled fpr hours. As if that was not enough, they towed my car and had to pay $175. 3 things or more are very certain when you eat here: 1) You stool for hours/days 2) You end up spending money to treat diarrhea 3) They tow your vehicle and you pay $175 to retrieve your vehicle. Not sure if it was the stress of going to pick my car or their food!! YOU ARE BETTER PFF STARVING THAN EATING HERE!! Run for your life!!

Truly disgraceful experience and I cancelled my order after seeing the restroom in this state.

I normally don’t have a bad experience when I go here but after last night I don’t think I’ve had an experience like this before. First they didn’t have any Quarter Pounders which was fine as I had a second option but I wish I didn’t order anything to begin with. I ordered the new McCrispy Strips because they looked not to bad from what the menu was showing. After getting home these were nothing close to what they should have been. They had the texture of rubber trying to eat them and they tasted extremely dry. Overall I would not recommend ordering this item.

Poor management, the workers have no common sense of work. At first I was trying to understand about the order being late because sometimes they might have new workers or under staffed. But no, there were employees just chatting and only two people working hard. They also tried to bring everyone’s order at the same time, meaning order that was placed 30 minutes ago came out the same time as the order placed 30 minutes layer. I had to wait 25 minutes just for a fries and the fries I ordered was large and as you can see from the picture, this the large fries they gave me 😂. I wanted to complain about it but i didnt want to waste anymore time in there so I just left.
