If you want to not be told when the place is closing but instead they move the trash barrel infront of both doors so that you aren’t able to leave then go here. Wouldn’t move the trash btw. Also asked for sauce and they gave us none so we asked for some and they said each sauce cost a dollar each that is something that has only ever happened at this mcdonald’s one time and never happened any other. As we asked for the sauce they slammed the window on us and refused to provide the sauce

The fries here are consistently bad. I need to finally just stop ordering them. They're always very undercooked and they're usually cold. Meanwhile, the fries at Main Street in Peabody are consistently great.

They ripped us off a breakfast sandwich, very hard to understand staff. But they are fast with service.

This McDonald’s has seriously gone downhill. It used to be a decent spot when Rick was running the place , he was professional, made sure things were right, and actually seemed to care. Since he left, it’s been a total mess. Every time I order, they mess it up. Ask for no onions? Still get onions. Request extra pickles? Somehow I get none. It’s like no one’s paying attention, and they don’t even double-check before handing your food out. The customer service is just as bad. The staff has a rude, “I don’t care” attitude. No greetings, no apologies when they mess up, and if you say something’s wrong with your order, they act like you’re the problem. It’s frustrating to see how far this location has fallen. Bring back Rick,at least then things ran properly and the place had some pride. Unt

Why don’t successful businesses pay their employees a living wage? I’m sure this McDonald’s has had productive times but you can’t continue those when there is an obvious lack of funding and good staffing. Stopped in here for a quick bite. Ordered a number one (Big Mac Meal) but was told they were out of Soda so I could get a shake instead. Ordered it with a “McFlurry” only to be told the ice-cream machine was out of order! Noticed there was a “Buy one get one free” offer going on so switched my order to a Big Mac with large Fries and got an extra Mac for free. Discovered as I drove away that one of my Mac’s had NO lettuce and there was no salt on my fries! Won’t be returning here!
