McDonald's

I think if you are going to ask somebody in the drive through to pull into a spot to wait for their food then the least you could do is make sure the food is fresh. So why did I wait in a spot for 10 minutes today (mind you, I ordered ahead on the app also),l and when my food comes out the fries feel like they’ve been sitting on the counter for that entire 10 minutes? And they forgot my sauce. Do better McDonald’s. Every time I come to this location it’s a 50/50 chance of the food even being warm, and yall always forget sauces. EDIT: went back. These are the fries I was given. McDonald’s wonders why business is bad these days, but this is what you are giving out to customers? Shameful. Go eat literally anywhere else

Slow service every time I go, there could be nobody infront of me and it’s still going to take 10-15 minutes to get my order. Almost always forgetting something in my order from sauces to burgers and nuggets, then refusing to give more sauces saying I need to pay for it when I already did. And nobody is ever at the first window to give a receipt for mobile orders or to take payment. I ordered a Big Mac today and it was drowned in sauce for no reason and because I didn’t receive a receipt I couldn’t get a refund for it. Absolutely bizarre, why would they think it’s okay to give someone a burger absolutely drowned in sauce. Pretty disappointing after a long day at work.

Food was okay (it’s McDonalds - you get what you pay for), but service was spectacular. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. This location was also very clean and well maintained.

Doris is such a sweet lady, every time I see her she always greets with a bright smile. I come to this Mcdonalds a lot and curbside pick up always makes me smile. Thank you foe sharing your positive energy!

2/21/26 Review- just placed order - attempted to get a simple order as usual and they screwed it up once again. Never posted a review bc I keep giving them a chance. After paying, they said they can’t fix the order and all we asked for was no whipped cream on the milkshakes. Simple task and yes a minor request but that’s what I ordered. We were very nice and let them know of the mistake and they refused….. oh, and they forgot the medium fries that we ordered as well. I guess this is just the generation we’re living with now. Lazy and slack. No accountability!
