McDonald's

Ordered for in store pickup and it was ready by the time I got there which was only about a 5 minute drive from ccm. Staff was friendly and helpful when I also asked for a cup of water. Food was as it should be and the place was very clean.

After a truly abysmal experience at this store, I received the following from the manager. " please accept my apology for your poor service at the McDonald’s of Randolph. I will follow up on the quality of our products. My office will also reach out to you with an apology and a meal voucher to help compensate the loss. I hope that you will give us another opportunity to make it right for you. Again, I am sincerely sorry for your poor experience. Have a bless day. Thank you, Chuck ( store mgr )" That was sent on 11/13/25 and no voucher was ever provided, and it's 1/24/26 as I write, and I have responded back to that "apology" several times. I just order online to pick and for some reason this location is only accepting cash with make no sense. I would understand is they was only accepting card for safe reason but only cash ? Yea something isn’t adding up . If I was hire up I would look into this “ cash only “ situation
