Update: after 35 minutes I was missing bread in the two big macs, and two orders of chicken nuggets. What a joke. Not only do you order your own food, you have to clean your own table and seat. I believe staff is trained not to make eye contact with anyone that comes to the register at the counter. Definitely disappointed, they did not earn my business.

Every time we come lobby and play area is dirty. I get this place is busy, but cleanliness is key to a great business. If a customer has to clean there own table to eat there is something wrong.

I come here at like 1am after work for dinner. The staff is extremely hard working, very nice, and takes their jobs seriously. The manager, Justin, bakes me new cookies at 1am without even saying anything. He just does it. Im really appreciative of the hard work the staff puts in at this mcdonalds and it doesnt go unnoticed.

This is the 2nd time in a row I ordered this exact meal from this location and had the exact same issue. Someone needs to be fired. I worked in the food industry for a long time, it's not hard to read an order request ans make the meal correctly.

Went through the drive-through for one item, nothing fancy (sausage mcgriddle). Paid and was told to pull into one of the curbside spots and was forgotten about. I was on my lunch break. Had to walk inside to get my food and then they acted like I didn't even order anything. Poor service all around.
