My sweet tea wasn't sweet tea. It was basically water with a splash of sweet tea, which is disgusting. My medium fries was a small fry. I understand it gets busy but people also pay money to eat and they eat what they wanna eat not know half meals. After a long day, I would like to enjoy my food not waste my money ridiculous

Got here at 5am, google and McDonald’s app both say they’re open 24 hours (drive thru) I get to the drive thru machine and I’m speaking but no one is responding. Decided to move up to the window to order, I see people eating, and completely ignoring me. I’m blowing my horn, they’re looking at me dead in my eyes but refuse to come to the window. I had to physically get out of my car and start knocking on the window until someone came. I said what’s going on? I been here for 5 minutes trying to order and everyone is ignoring me and eating their food. The guy tells me they’re closed. I ask him so why does it say 24 hours? And he looks completely clueless and says “I don’t know but we’re closed” waste of my time and energy driving 15 minutes here to get breakfast at a chain restaurant that say

When I ordered a Coke at your store, I requested an extra straw but was told there were none. Straws are a basic necessity for beverages, and this response caused disappointment. I hope your team will address and improve this service issue.

I thought drive thru lines were timed? Well that timer is broken here. I wanna give this place -5 stars because you wait forever for orders there is always 5 delivery drivers also waiting by the driver thru window trying to pick up and a line wrapped around the restaurant. Ya bed to get a staff with a sense of urgency if you find continue to call this "Fast Food" otherwise I can see a law suit being brought on for false advertisement. Do better please!!!

The employees of this McDonald's work very long, like sleepy flies. I waited for my order for 30 minutes. The manager of this restaurant, sort this situation out. It takes a very long time for fast food to prepare an order. You are making money and make conditions so that people do not wait for their orders for 30 minutes.
