I was in the drive thru. Waited while two cars passed in the other lane. So I decided to go in. I told this to the lady who helped me Sidel… instead of apologizing or offering a remedy for my delays, SHE GAVE ME AN ATTITUDE 😆 I mean I wouldn’t have even jumped on here if she as much as just said “sorry about that we’re busy” which they weren’t. But anything is better than giving me an attitude…

Omg one of the slowest drive through I’ve been in. No one to blame but management error. See how you can be faster. “MANAGE” Or they simply don’t want to because of pay. Almost 15-20 minutes at the drive though is 1955 era.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Extremely disappointing experience. My order was missing items, and when I asked about it, the staff confidently gave me information that turned out to be false. I paid for food I never received and was misled instead of helped. This level of carelessness and poor communication is unacceptable. I tried calling to get this fixed, but never got through to anybody.

I don’t know what happened to this McDonalds but the drive thru is not functioning like it should. Every time I order on the app, then go to the drive thru to pick up my order and without fail I’m asked to go wait in a parking spot. Food takes 5-10 minutes to come out. On top of that the last two times I had food missing from my order. This last time we went tonight it took almost 20 minutes to get my order. The poor girl had to walk back twice because they kept forgetting a part of my order. To their credit they gave me a coupon for a free quarter pounder for messing up the order but I likely won’t be back to use it.

Horrible. I got a double hamburger plain cooked to order on the way home from the islanders game. They COMPLETELY overcooked it. If I wanted dry stale piece of meat I would have gotten food at the stadium cause at least I wouldnt have been extremely hungry at the game for no reason. DO NOT GO HERE if you like your order being made right
