PLEASE START COOKING THE FRIES ALL THE WAY! They're ALWAYS soggy and half cooked. You shouldn't have to ask for fries that are cooked all the way! Look at these floppy ssa fries! Y'all do realize undercooked potatoes can make you sick, right? I got a large fry and the container was half filled. I think when you select take out, they do these things in hopes you wont be there to complain. But I usually check before leaving. I asked her to fill it all the way. Which she did. But I didnt realize they werent fully cooked until I got home. Some of the nuggets also seem like they sat out for hours. Or were double cooked. It wasn't busy when I was there today so there's really no excuse for undercooked fries. Even if it's busy, I'd rather wait another minute and have cripsy fries rather than sogg

Never a good experience here. Being my local location I have tried multiple times over the years. It always ends the same. Either the order is made incorrectly, the food is cold, or an item is missing. I've tried going to the manager in charge. I've tried calling the number posted for complaints, and I've tried the online complaint. The management gives attitude and doesn't accept responsibility for the wrong. The posted number I've left a message and never heard back. The online complaint I received a basic response that I will be contacted by that franchise. Weeks later, I am still waiting. I'm done trying with this location! I will not patronage any locations owned by this franchise.

Order has been messed up in some way nearly every time I've ordered from this location. Fill out complaint forms and I'm lucky to get an email back simply saying "oh my bad". No remake or refunds. Whatever food they do give me is old. Fresh fries being thrown on top of cold stiff fries from the trash, lettuce and tomatoes both smell and taste like dishwater. Service gets a good rating though because the lady behind the counter was super nice and I'm sure probably isn't the one making all the decisions to serve leftovers. All in all, this particular location has offered so many poor experiences, I almost swore off McDonald's entirely. I've resolved to simply go somewhere else lol. Sorry guys. I'm sure it's probably corporate money grubbing behind is not a reflection of your own work ethics

this Mcdonalds is probably the worst one in valley….Wether i come to the drive thru or order door dash. there are always an issue… ESPECIALLY WHEN ORDERING COFFEE!!!!! three times in last week alone while in drive thru when being handed the coffee the lid came off and coffee was spilled on my hand!! then this morning I was delivered door dash the employee that packed the order cut a cup carrier in half put the hot coffee and vanilla milkshake in the same holder… the coffee spilled over the entire order of food and melted the milkshake This store is ruining your brand!!!!

Just want to say beyond disappointed never had a issue at mcdonald’s but I did find a piece of hair in my food
