The food is CONSTANTLY, CONSTANTLY missing meals everytime we order. This time was for our 6yo. They really suck man. 4 out of 5 times this happens

Added extra spicy sauce in the Spicy McCrispy and this is what I got - hardly any sauce or pickles and a charred patty with burnt bread. The Fish Filet with mustard was no different, but slightly better. Horrible food tonight! Other days were better, but not worth a praise.

The experience at this McDonald’s has become completely unacceptable. A large hot coffee with milk and sugar should not be a problem, yet at this location, it almost always is. I usually stop by early in the morning, between 4:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., using the drive-thru, since this McDonald’s operates 24/7. That makes it even more frustrating that at those hours—when there are no customers and the place is completely empty—they still take an excessive amount of time just to prepare a coffee. Today, November 20, 2025, was definitely the last straw. Once again, it took an unreasonable amount of time to prepare something as simple as a hot coffee with milk and sugar. The place is not busy but the waiting time for the food is almost an hour. The crispy chicken is cold, with no lettuce or dressing. The food served is terrible, not within McDonald's food quality. Service? even worst. Not coming back, not worth my dollar.

Food was warm. Drive through wait time was long enough for a good scrap to happen where two Brazilian dudes decided to get in a fight on the hood of my car. So vibes. Seems like the shift change for the overnight
