It's a nice McDonald's... Great staff. Great food. Restaurant was clean and the staff were very willing to help - I was standing at the counter waiting on food and was asked twice if I needed help by separate team members.

This was the most unfriendly McDonalds I have ever been too. You had to order on the kiosk, which wouldn’t print a receipt. They brought our food out, we couldn’t fill our own drinks, so I got a cup of ice and a little Diet Coke, couldn’t find a human to get a refill. I didn’t like the situation of auto serve with no human interaction, I hope this isn’t our future.

Ordered a "regular" M&M McFlurry and they literally just gave me the small amount in the regular cup. $5 is already ridiculous for a regular McFlurry, but adding significantly less than you're supposed to is just typical corporate greed. Will not be spending my money here ever again.

QR code scanner at the kiosk doesn't work, the receipts it prints out aren't legible, french fries were not salted, And it's ridiculous they don't keep out in the lobby condiments napkins.

I placed a mobile order here today. Received my food, pulled over to eat… and opened my nuggets. (Photo attached). I don’t know WHAT it was, but it looked nasty. When I pulled up to get a refund (I’m now not willing to eat anything in my bag), the manager told me accusatorially that they don’t have anything that looks like that in the restaurant. I told her I didn’t know what to tell her, that that’s what I found, and they told me to pull up. They refunded me like $5 for a $20+ order and gave me a quick sorry—they wouldn’t give me the full refund for my meal. I come here a lot since I have a job on the go. I’ve never once made a complaint or requested a refund. But that was absolutely absurd. (They did offer me free food, but I didn’t want to eat ANYTHING from there after finding that)
