Sitting Update: today the restaurant was properly staffed it seems. Regardless, the food came on time and was at the proper temperature. The restaurant was also very clean. Change in management? IDK, but this time around I was very satisfied. Absolutely terrible! Decided to go inside instead of drive-thru (long lines) only to see that the staff walks right in front of you while you’re patiently waiting to place an order (10min) because apparently they prioritize drive-thru customers. Lesson learned. Two additional points: 1) It took over 10min to get my food, which somehow was cold, too with grease all over the box of the quarter pounder I ordered. Just stating the facts folks. 2) McDonalds Corp now wants to talk to ME instead of reaching out and helping their local employees. Pretendi

There was a women in her vest when I get tired I have a stutter and she was really patient with me I just got off work and she was kind She had a bright smile and a bun on her head She was teaching someone else too so I’m assuming she’s a leader or something but as a girl who has messy hair and was really tired. I appreciated it. I hope you have a nice day stranger.

Today my wife and I stopped by to get some iced coffee’s to go. They were able to provide me with 1 because they had run out. The manager Fatima came out with my order and informed me. I thought it was great on the customer service side that she came out. I was able to get something different for my second drink and that resolved the issue with the order. Big shout out to Fatima because she was very friendly and addressed the concern about the order immediately. It’s okay that I did not get exactly what I ordered, the approach and the way everything was handled by the manager is why I am posting this review. Many times the people that do great work never get recognized, I thank Fatima for her attention to detail and kind service.

I went to the drive thru this morning to get breakfast the lady that took my order she had a nasty attitude with me and my husband, once we pulled up to the first window she started talking to us nice and all till she ask us she’s going on vacation after work and that we should apply working at McDonald’s cause apparently we don’t have the patience. Just found out she’s like a manager. And apparently this is not the first time. And thank you to the order lady at the second window she had the patience with us and kinda made our last trip to the second window a nice experience with her.

Something has got to give... on Saturday 1.10.26 at 1026pm I pulled into the McDonald's drive thru and waited for 20min and Noone ever came to the drive thru, even backed up and pulled forward still nothing. I don't know what was the cashiers problem and why she (blk female locs or braids) didn't respond to take my order but if the workers aren't able to do their job in a professional way have someone else suitable to fill the position. It was absolutely ridiculous that I had to order on the inside only to be told by "Sideshow Bob" that he doesn't work the window, but its 5 of you in the back on your phones and carrying on and played it to the left asif what I was inquiring was foreign. I will not support this location ever again. Totally unprofessional night crew.
