McDonald's

I know the lunch rush can be frustrating for both employees and customers and the employees could care less about the customer, but for FS cook the food right. Almost half of my burger patty was still raw when I went to eat. Fortunately I gave it a look over and noticed before taking a bite. Pure negligence and carelessness!

Everything started very quickly. We went to use a code on the app, they took the code then said they didn’t get it and it didn’t work when our app said it did. They eventually figured it out. They got one of the drinks wrong.. and seemed to be it wasn’t just our order and the car in front of us. They weren’t busy at all just seemed to be they had better things to do then their job. Do better!

What's the point of having a drive through? When you're gonna make everybody park in the slots, I didn't have anything special with my order. 2 cheeseburgers, a fry and some chicken nuggets. You're telling me you don't have that in stock at noon. That's pretty pathetic in my book. So now I'll sit in slot 2 until you guys figure it out. And watch everyone the other parking spots fill up. It's ridiculous.

Most people don't mind waiting for hot food but not wrong food. Three different times. In the process the food that they had served which was already stale had gotten cold as I had to take this back for a third time. I had old food in my bag and there was a line around the building. I do not understand that. I do not understand how a wrap that I got taste like somebody cooked it this morning and served it tonight around 7:30. It tasted like a old shoe. This McDonald's is the worst of all of them. They have bad service. No one pays attention to the orders that gets sent out if they're a large order you better take it and you better watch what you get. You better. Make sure that all your food is right and in there because they will send you a bag out and it won't have any of the stuff that y

No, it's clear; there's often an issue with fast food being fast. Consider watching your team in action--video camera or actually go in the restaurant. There are issues that need attention, especially with the drive thru. Unlikely I'll visit this store again
