Went through the drive through and I was told there was a 15 min wait or so because they were backed up and I ordered 3 different sandwiches 2 with ONLY light ketchup and another ONLY pickles and cheese not only did I get pickles on my only light ketchup sandwich but also I got ketchup on my only pickles and cheese with NO pickles. Also my fries were incredibly cold for everyone's order to be backed up, I'd imagine part of that would be for fresh fries but nah just shoving everyone out of the drive through to the parking spots or out of the window in general because they care too much about window time to give you what you pay for.

Typical fast food place where you walk in the door and are completely ignored and it’s not until you’ve been standing around a few minutes that finally somebody says something to you. And then on top of it your to go order is not ready when you come.

I stopped by at 10:50AM today to take advantage of the $6 lunch combo, but was not able due to restrictions online. I ordered a sausage gravy biscuit instead. After getting to my car, I checked the bag and noticed that they had only given me gravy with no biscuit. That's some expensive gravy 🙄

I went to get certain items and wanted to use my app promos the manager was the one who took my order but made me feel uncomfortable like I was bothering her when I stated that I was there to get some peel n play tickets she failed to mention they didnt have any on any product they sold. Complete waste of my money and could have gone without the hurt feelings however it was a lady in the back that informed me about not having the peel and play tickets wish I had of asked her first 😢 💔

Trusted the workers without looking in the bag. There was not silverware or syrup for pancakes. There was no hot sauce for burritos…. and the sauce was on the order. Pay attention to what you are doing.
