Great customer service, food was fast and on point! I highly recommend this one! One of the cleanest I’ve been in!
My husband and I make the drive from upstate New York to NYC two to three times a year and the highlight of our trip is this McDonald's. The staff are attentive and friendly. The food is always hot and packaged nicely. Most importantly it is clean and they decorate for holidays! Could not recommend more.
Absolutely disgusting. The poor girl at the counter was doing everything while the three people at window screwed up. After an hour of waiting… the guy in the back threw our fries in the bag. They were not even fully cooked. Also the amount of bugs is killer. My son found an ant farm going on in the floor. There were flies all throughout the kitchen, spiders, and many other bugs that I could not identify. This place needs to be exterminated bad. They probably have roaches and rats too.
I had probably the worst burger of my life here. The double cheeseburger has gone up 350% in price in a few years and the quality has gone into the trash. Pattys were 1/16 of an inch thick. Pic of the pathetic excuse for onions
Having the opportunity to travel around NYS is one of the small blessings I have and eating at McDonald's occasionally is a treat for my wife and i,but there i no greater McDonald's but in Hancock NY. What a great experience we had there the very best food we ever had from a McDonald's, nice people and clean .Thank you
