McDonald's

This is the most professionally operated McDonalds I have ever seen. The staff were well dressed, attentive and efficient. Two managers came out to check on customers at separate times, and it was very clean. This was way beyond my expectation. Great job!

I don’t live near here, but I’ve been a few times. The food is always hot fresh & correct. I was told the Manager was very strict about people sitting in after the lobby close at 11. I did not know they close at 11 when I ordered my ride. Google said 12 AM I thought. A young man allowed me to sit in until my ride came. I was very appreciative of them.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Big Mac meal. I specifically requested that it be fresh, with no pickles and no middle bun. When I received my order, it was incorrect, so I went back and politely asked for it to be fixed. The replacement order was worse: it still had pickles, no lettuce, included the middle bun, the meat was extremely dry and hard as if it had been sitting out for a long time, and the lemonade tasted like water. To avoid causing further issues, I went back through the drive-thru and politely requested a refund. When I reached the window, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He looked at the burger, touched it with his bare hands, and stated with a dismissive attitude that it was “perfectly fine,” despite the issues I explained. I remained calm and
