when ordering door dash how do you guys forget drinks and smoothies almost all the time. you should observe the bag and receipt and see what is missing. it needs to stop i don't care if you are busy but as a consumer i shouldn't almost on every purchase request a refund for a missing item.

went to mcdonalds to get 2 mcdoubles. i order my food and get home. its just a small fry in a bag. i am busy and got this as a quick option. i genuinely feel robbed. i paid for food i never got all because of lazy staff that cant put a burger in a bag or read an order correctly.

Overpriced garbage; oh how the mighty have fallen. The only good thing about this place is the PEOPLE that work here. Wendy's tastes better for a similar price point. It's very inconvenient to use the drive thru for the majority of the day. You have to order a 1/4 pounder with cheese half the time (if you want a fresh burger), which forces employees to make you pull around, and half of the vehicles in the driveway are too massive to even do this. Terrible location, terribly overpriced, but great workers trying to make the best of it despite that all.

If I could give this review less than one star I would. Going in for a simple two item order I sat in the drive-thru for 35 minutes. When you try to ask somebody who's in charge and why these things are happening there is zero accountability.

Food quality and size has dipped since covid. Significantly Over-priced compared to other fast-food options.
