McDonald's

Ate indoors and used the ordering machine. Did not like the machine. Food was good but no personal contact makes it less of a good experience.

Drive through order. The sauce was everywhere but in the sandwich. The sandwich was cold, and the other sandwich I had ordered wasn't made correctly. The hashbrowns were just thrown in the bag and fell to the bottom of the bag completely out of the little paper sleeve it came in. Seems like they just don't want customers to come back ever again. This type of experience makes me go elsewhere. Good job! The only thing I can appreciate about the restaurant can't be executed properly. You win. I'm never coming back!

I have been to this location a few times. As it is the only quick place to get breakfast. I ordered off the app. I ordered Bacon Eggs & Cheese Biscuit by its self, a sausage egg & cheese Mcmuffin meal and a steak egg and cheese bagel meal. We were missing the egg on the sausage egg & cheese Mcmuffin, and the bacon on the Biscuit meal. I will NOT return.

This is the 3rd friday night in a row, fries are completely raw , soggy, cold half full... cant believe if I want to get the kids happy meals ill have to drive 15 min away from the Hilton NY one cause they are not even edible..... soo fricken irritated

Tall man behind the counter that I believed was the manager but when asked he wouldn't really answer the question, was absolutely rude, disrespectful to his employees in front of everyone and very unprofessional! Told me to go to Brockport McDonald's if service is better there, so I will never return to Hilton McDonald's, thank you sir! Service would be much better at Hilton without him!!
