This location has ongoing issues with cleanliness, professionalism, and management. The store is often dirty, and staff behavior is disrespectful. I’ve witnessed homeless individuals being treated very poorly, which is upsetting and unnecessary. Management does not seem to correct or care about how employees speak to or treat people. During my most recent visit, I was a paying customer who ordered food and went to use the restroom. There were other individuals in the restroom area who were not associated with me and appeared to be causing a disturbance. Management called the police, which I understand. However, when police arrived, I was also told to leave and was treated as if I were involved, despite doing nothing wrong. This was embarrassing and unfair. Employees frequently joke aroun

Service good & cleanest poor/ staff put fingers in your cup

The only McDonald’s around the consistently tells you to pull up while they make your food. Always waiting at least 5 mins for food. While waiting you have to deal with drug addicts knocking on your window asking for money and yelling at you when you don’t have anything.

As an uber driver I just got disrespected for picking up an order… this McDonalds makes you wait outside in freezing cold weather. It’s currently 28 degrees outside. They have a system where you ring a machine for them to hand you your order. I rang it no answer, so I decided to ring it again. The lady proceeded to yell at me for ringing the doorbell machine. All while standing in 28 degree weather.

Manager unprofessional & disrespectful....service ridiculously SLOW....while waiting for the mediocre food you ordered , which no doubt , will have a mistake - or several....in an uncomfortable atmosphere. #NOTlovinit
