McDonald's

Whoever orders from here please be careful; I called earlier today to inform the McDonald’s that they forgot to include my child’s happy meal with delivery and she basically called me a liar. “We have a very experienced person working up front and she wouldnt forget an item. If your delivery driver comes back we will not remake your food.” Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you did. I’ve worked for many different McDonald’s locations across the United States and I know damn well it’s not in the company guidelines to argue with customers over whether or not you’re right or wrong. The delivery driver was kind enough to repurchase what you forgot in the bag so you got paid twice for one item received. In my 10 years of working in customer experience I have never had such a disgust

What are these black things on my Fish Fillet Bun? The manager said it was from the steamer. We ordered them cooked to order but they were not! They remade them but they had these black spots in the bun. The original ones did not have black spots on them.

It's nice, but is very busy during the day, sometimes having to wait in the drive thru for quite awhile. I went earlier in the morning and got right thru. Food & service was good. Might be more convenient to order on the app.

Guy at the front counter was super nice, order came out. It was also correct, fresh, and fantastic. Restaurant was clean and organized. There was sign that said please use kiosk on the counter (not a fan of that), but he stepped up to take my order anyway.

The food was good after I got her to finally cook the apple pies for me. She definitely did not want to and you could tell. She was unfriendly, and I did not feel welcome. Probably best to pass this particular mcdonald's up
