McDonald's

Walked in and the restaurant was super clean. The greeting was very lovely and friendly. Our coffee’s were caffeinated just perfect. Made a second stop for some more coffee and lunch. Delicious and made to my liking. They were very kind as I asked for certain items to be removed from my burger. Will definitely be back.

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in Italy, TX. Brad, the manager, was excellent. He was very friendly and clearly cared about making sure everything was right. Even though they weren’t busy, he made my food fresh to order, and it ended up being some of the best McDonald’s I’ve had. I eat at McDonald’s fairly often, and this location really stood out because of the service and attention to detail. Brad made sure I was taken care of and the whole experience was quick, easy, and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be stopping here again when I pass through. Go Army!

Staff workers were nice and they helped me a lot , I have 4 kids with me.

Placed an online order to pick up curbside. I ordered two grinch meals. One Big Mac meal and one nugget meal. Pulled up and waited 15 minutes. While waiting, cars are in and out of the drive thru in no time. After 15 minutes, I pulled around to the drive thru line. I spoke with someone regarding my order. I asked if there was an issue on my end when checking in on the app. I was informed there was no issue and that the delay was cause by running out of nuggets. They said the next round of nuggets has two minutes left and then they’re done. I stated that was no problem and asked if I should continue on in the drive thru line or if they wanted me to go back to my curbside spot. They instructed me to return to curbside. I waited another 25 minutes. Again, while waiting the drive thru line was

Nice spot for a quick bite or drink. Did the drive through for a few drinks with fries and the staff was super friendly. I would give 5 stars for the customer service. The French fries were not as good as other McDonald’s but drink was good.
