McDonald's

Terrible McDonald's. So many workers, poor service anyway. Food was ready, yet they took so long to give it the fries were cold, hot fudge sundae pretty much melted. The restaurant is messy. I usually try to add a positive note too... But even the bathrooms aren't that great. When we arrived at 7pm the streetlights were not on and the restaurant looked dark.

I didn't really have any bad experiences here myself. I'm homeless, mind you, and these people at this McDonald's would ALWAYS let me sit in there all day long till closing, and some people here would even help me out with food! They were all really nice, godly people, as far as I could see. Could never get a job there though, but I assume that's because of my homelessness, and inability to tend to hygiene, which is understandable.

I waited over 20 mins. for 1 🍔 cheeseburger! This McDonald’s has Very long drive-thru lines! They had more than enough staff working, so it is absolutely ridiculous for it to be SO Slow! There were dozens of employees I saw, yet they seemed incompetent. Only one was even slightly friendly, because she liked my car. I will Not be giving them my business again, I would rather drive further to another location, or go to a better fast food restaurant to give them my patronage and service.

My experience of this location is poor. I have visited this location multiple times between 9 and 10pm on my way to work and every time it’s always the same issue, slow waiting times and young inexperienced workers at night. Each time I’ve come through there’s always one car in front of me or no cars and I still have to wait anywhere between 10-20 minutes. My fries are always cold or hard. Sandwiches taste like they have been sitting for a while. I do not understand the lack of leadership at night because I know day shift is nothing like this. Tonight was no different I got cold and hard fries and a large tea with no ice and again!!! Long wait with one car in front of me. The GM should atleast do a night visit and see how they operate at night.

This location is horrible. We went in to grab a quick bite. We waited at the register for 20 minutes. The self-serve kiosks were down. We were literally ignored the entire time. We were never greeted or told sorry for the wait. The two times an employee walked up to the registers we were languishing at, they didn't even acknowledge we were standing there. After 20 minutes of being ignored by every single staff in the store, we walked out. It wasn't a staffing issue as there were at least 7 different employees that I could see. One girl actually stood at the bagging section with her head in her hands, just living her best life taking a break in full view of the dining room while at least 5 groups of people came in and left due to being ignored.
