I’ve been going here for about two years since moving here but I wouldn’t because of the amazingly RUDE employees but it’s the only fast food within 30 minutes on the island for me. Monday I went by for lunch, ordered at the kiosk which I always do, entered the table number and took the number to my seat with receipt. I listened for my number because they often just yell out your number instead of bringing it to your numbered table. What’s the point of entering a table number if they just yell it for you to pick up? But Monday as I was waiting to be called, a lady walked up fast surprising me by literally slinging my tray of food on my table, which I had to grab to keep it from sliding off the table, food bouncing, and she huffed and turned away without a word. I have attempted to go to this McDonald’s three times now. The main thing I ever get is a double cheeseburger with extra onion. The first two times there was absolutely none. This third time there was hardly any. The drive-through employees are always incredibly rude. I get that McDonald’s has a low standard anyway, but my experience has been so bad that it’s worth writing a review and never ever going to this location again. Don’t waste your time. They will go out of their way to make it a bad experience, hoping that the line will decrease so they don’t have to work if I’m being honest. And I don’t mean to be ugly. I worked in the service industry for years. People forget that it’s not hard to just do things right and be polite. Makes the day go by quicker and easier.

I ordered a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, the #1, and when I brought it home, I had 2 pieces of cheese above and below a single patty. The cheese didn't look melted at all and one even looked like it was just taken out of the refrigerator while the bread also didn't seem toasted. The service is the same and there's really nothing wrong with it. Someone collects your money and another person gives you the food. They didn't look happy as if they knew they were giving me the wrong order or something. I'm not sure and I can't complain about the service but I was very disappointed at not receiving what I ordered.

Sunday evening. Poor service, crew acted like we didn't matter and we should be greatful for the poor service we did get. Complete clowns. Teach your employees to appreciate the customer, because without us they wouldn't have the job.
