I visited this location a few days ago and ordered 2 McDouble Meal Deals and 1 McChicken Meal Deal for some workers I had at my home. We were on a tight schedule, so I was trying to grab food quickly without slowing production down. Before leaving, I specifically asked the employee if the hot mustard was in the bag. I was met with a stare and a head nod, as if I was asking an unnecessary question. Unfortunately, when I got back and handed out the meals, there was no hot mustard included. To make matters worse, both McDoubles were made incorrectly. They had mayo, lettuce, and tomato on them. That was definitely a surprise, and one of the workers is allergic to tomatoes. The staff are rude and do not put the customer first. The managers are no help and the crew workers are even worse . I wouldn’t recommmend coming here. I’ve came here my whole life and never had such sorry service . The machines are broken drinks never full . Please send them help

So , I just got a drink form here not too long ago because the drink i ordered was horrible. I come back now they took the drink down . If I just mentioned I had to throw my drink away why do I have to come up here and pay for another one this is what happens when you have children running an establishment

Today this afternoon I did a Uber eats delivery. My nuggets was missing but they gave me my sauce. My burger did not have my extra topping and did not have any pickles and it was nasty and tasted old. Please McDonald on Hwy 85 do better. SMH

Make sure not to go late, even 45 minutes before close they will shut all the lights off except for the kitchen and hide themselves away from the windows. Tough luck if you placed a mobile order and already paid before you got there.
