Put my order in the kiosk. They took my order and I sat there 10 minutes waiting. I asked for my money back and the manager was very rude and bad attitude. Got smart with me. The date was 2-27 at 8:00 am. Will NEVER come to this store again. I recommend the other McDonald's.
I just came through for a soda today but I had a great experience! Rachel at the first window was so kind and personable. We had a great conversation while we waited for the car ahead of me to move up. The kid at the second window, Mateo, did an excellent job! Service with a smile and super kind! Keep up the great work!
It’s extremely disappointing that our local McDonald’s doesn’t support honor President Trump’s order for flags to be half staff. When I asked the employee about it, he said he didn’t know if it should be or not. Then he went to the general manager who said “we will do it tomorrow”. The team needs to be educated and learn respect. I will not be supporting this location.
Shameful that you have a teenage employee that kicks a person's dog. Your manager is less than ideal as well. I will not spend my money at a place that employs an animal abuser.
