I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at the Keene, NH McDonald’s location while I was picking up multiple orders for work. When I arrived to collect the orders, the items were incorrect. I had to return through the drive-through multiple times (approximately six) to try to have the orders corrected. During this process, staff members were dismissive and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I was told that I was “the problem” and that I should only have one order, despite the fact that im picking up multiple orders. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, I felt that I was berated and treated very poorly as a customer. This caused significant delays and created an uncomfortable and hostile situation. Absolutely terrble service. They take longer to prepare food then any restraunt ive been to not just including fast food. You walk in and the employees nust stare at you have to call to them to be achnolaged. Very very slow no matter how staffed they are. Even if no one is there. They should all be fired and replaced with high schoolers.

I'm not crazy about McDonald's but my in-laws love them but they do clean well bathrooms are clean. I don't care for how they make their food or what they put in their food so I don't really eat their food. Their coffee is really good and atmosphere is fine it's McDonald's. There's regulars that go to this McDonald's so you see some of the same people. I have been there where they must not have enough people to work and so therefore you had to wait to even order and quite a few people left but there was a long line. I've I've had another thing happen at the same McDonald's that they forgot to give me my food or tell me I had food so therefore my coffee was cold and my fries were cold that I had I don't usually get fries but once in awhile I do. I waited 25 minutes for a Happy Meal, fries, and two drinks, while my wife and kid went from hangry to full-blown apocalyptic. By the time our food came out, I was ready to apply for Social Security. And let’s talk accuracy: last time, I asked for a cheeseburger with ketchup only, and it turned into some kind of culinary scavenger hunt. It took three tries—THREE—to get it right. They are rude and the management is worse. They make fun of you but mess up the orders my coffee was just a little cream no sugar or not stride i try so hard too be nice too these people but they act like I'm a bother and the male manager acts like he wants too hurt you. The female big manger acts like it's ok too give pup cups then makes fun of you as your pulling off. My ADA puppy demands pup cups because she gave him one. They never smile and there never wrong. Corporate please fix these miserable people. I got coffee all over my u haul van because the lid wasn't all the way on. And my face taste the bitter black coffee. I've been trying too call but it's a automated system saying press the number your trying too reach. Enough already please 🙏🏾
