McDonald's

every time I come to this location, I always get great customer service great food smile maybe a couple of times they have not given me a straw, but that’s the smallest mistake. They ever made and their food is always hot and fast.

McDonald's has tendency to never customize your order. Examples: kids meal yot ask for 2 apples to replace the fries. You ask for 2 barbecue sauce and they either don't give any or the wrong flavor. After repeating your order to them, they still get the order wrong. Another example is a plain fish sandwich, just fish in a bun. They give you a fish sandwich with tartar sauce and cheese. The just don't either care, hear you but not listening to you. So many are just rude. You say thank you and some will just shove your order out the window. AND it's not always a language barrier. That's just rude and unacceptable.

Great McDonalds here. The food was excellent, well cooked, and made just right. The fries were almost perfect, with the right amount of salt, and they definitely weren't warmed over from yesterday. The service was fairly quick, but I also went inside to eat for my lunch break, and i did notice on my way out that there were a couple of cars waiting for their food in the drive thru parking lanes. They got it within a couple of minutes of waiting, so it wasn't that bad. The inside was not the cleanest, and the bathroom needed quite a bit of work, but the entire dining area was about 70% clean, and there wasn't any trash laying around. I had my food brought to me at the table since I ordered from the kiosk, so I only interacted with the employee once, and she was very nice. All in all, this is

Stopped in while traveling for a snack ordered a small shake while driving so it would be ready when I arrived. Went to bathroom first, came out and still wasn't ready. It took at least 2 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me by the mobile pick up and then they made my shake. Should have been waiting for me....

I feel like sometimes it’s a hit or miss at this location. I went a few weeks back and the food was good. I went again last week and it was okay. Then this time it was okay. I like the one off of S Main Street the most but here it it a hit or miss
