McDonald's

I was just waiting at the front counter to place my order only to be lead to the kiosk by the employee. I prefer a little human interaction and this just showed me how lazy the employees are in my eyes. I work retail where human interaction is required. I went to the McDonald's on Marvin road yesterday and there was someone present to take my order.

Have come here 3 times in last month. Ordered 1 large French fry well done. Apparently it is rocket science for these workers to make it well done. I don't see a point in them making more then minimum wage if they can't make what the customer orders. All 3 times have been undercooked. Don't waste your time with this location.

Upon walking in, we were greeted, and guided to the self order kiosk. We placed our order, order was correct. Nice and easy. Not much of a wait time, especially considering our fries were freshly cooked. McDonald’s was clean, nice large play area for kids. Plenty of tables for small or large groups. Food was great! Five stars! This location is incredibly well-managed. The restaurant was spotless, the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and my food came out piping hot and fresh. Definitely one of the best McDonald's experiences I’ve had lately!

The food was decent. The staff are extremely disrespectful. I kept my mouth shut and just got my food and went on about my day because why put up an argument and cause a scene. I don’t know whose business this is but they need to retrain the entire staff. More customer service , more respect , more politeness. I can say they did well on making my food
