If I could give 0 stars I would all of the pre ordering in app is false advertising... your better off going through drive through than any app orders... I places my order at 615 and received it at 6:59. You'll have more luck ordering from Francisco's or Contos. I waited 45 minutes for fast food... after the 2 cars on each side saw me go in and ask for an update shared the same info... the employees could care less. To be honest I would have rather canceled my order and go somewhere else but the employee response was to do it through the app good luck... I will never go to this location again. Please look at they're reviews i wish I did.... I doubt the company will respond to this... yet any company that cares about these issues does .. that shows their carelessness

Placed mobile order at 1009, app saud 3 to 5 minutes, took 18 minutes and 1 phone call to get my order. When I called she stated they got 20 orders all at once yet the drive-thru was pushing them through. 2nd time in a row for this location that it has taken so much longer to get an order. Being a corporate location I expect better.

I went to get the Grinch meal which was not being offered but I still got the fries a la carte. I ordered a few more items and was told to pull to the side because one of my items had substitutions. A few minutes later, an employee came out to ask me about my order and mentioned they didn't have the ticket. They took my receipt and I waited a few more minutes for them to return with the food. My mistake was not checking the bag closer because after getting home I realized I did not have my McCrispy tenders which I had been looking forward to all day. And I no longer have my receipt either. It's a little thing but it's pretty frustrating. This was my first time at this location

The drive thru line may look like it's moving, but don't be fooled. I was told to park and wait for one single burger and fries. After sitting outside for over 30 minutes being repeatedly asked what I was waiting on by confused employees (not their fault) with no sign of my food, I literally had to leave hungry and go fight the website for a refund later because I couldn't keep waiting.

I waited in the drive through lane for a good 30 minutes only to be told a gentleman was refusing to leave the lane. Not their fault. However when I was instructed to back out of the lane I listened, parked my car and followed instruction to pick my order up inside. Waited another good 15 minutes only to be refused my order. Manager was un sympathetic about the situation and did nothing to remedy my breakfast fiasco
