I was hungry I tore up the burger n see this black piece sitting on side of my burger I was thinking it’s a burnt piece but I actually smelt it n it smell stink like poop .. like am I tripping or this is really rat dropping in my food. Now I don’t feel good I’m having body aches

I always go to this mcdonald’s BUT TODAY who ever was working the drive thru around 2:40 taking orders KEEP HER AT THAT POSITION she is amazing and she didn’t sound annoyed to take my order even after I messed up a couple of times ! I don’t know her name but she actually cares about yall company. The food was good but them people giving out the food had an attitude , just threw out burgers around however they felt and it was kinda disrespectful.

I had the best experience here with the night manager Tamlyn just being herself she is very respectful,professional and so polite keep her around her attitude is very welcoming

The staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. They behave as if they're doing people a favor instead of a paying customer. THE OWNER NEEDS TO FIRE THEM AND START FRESH.

There customer service is terrible. They complain what management is opening or closing the store. They complain about their uber drivers very rude to to their customers. I wonder why they complain about there manager in font customer at when they setting front waiting to order their food
