McDonald's

The staff are rude as hell I was walking out and employee was coming in then closed the door literally in my face. It was some old guy who always looks miserable and never says hello or interacts at all. Today I got some cold fries because I guess they were cooking the quarter pounder fresh which I like, but give me some fresh fries for damn sake!!! Also my quarter pounder still pink the middle which is concerning I never had any burger from McDonald’s that is less than well done. I think I’m done with this location, corporate needs to look into this McDonald’s and figure something out.

They need to be mindful of people's orders. You are not only there to collect a paycheck, you are there for a service. Double check the order to make sure they got it correct. Missing food and fries were cold and they supposedly came out of the fryer. This has happened on too many occasions. My husband picked it up this time because I refuse to waste my time. Before something is said, I have worked in food service.

PROS. Fairly decent service with a smile. Quick food and table service. Lots of parking. CONS. Food could be presented a little better, restrooms could be a lot cleaner and the restaurant could use regular table cleaning and floor cleaning a little bit more often.

Always have to pull over and wait for drive-thru, whats the point? Edit: After 20 minutes the person made to park next to me and I had to go into the store to get our food. Manager was on their phone and the food was sitting on the counter. No apology was given.
