McDonald's

I will start by saying my Big Mac was actually really good. However my friend ordered a fish sandwich and it is about 2 1/2 in in diameter across I have never seen a burger so small. I will attach photos. 5.00 for what looks like 2 and 1/2 oz of food is terrible. Bring the other size fish sandwiches back.

I went to McDonald's during a UIL trip and had a very poor experience. I waited over 20 minutes for my order, and when I finally got it, everything was wrong—the sandwich had raw meat and included pickles and onions even though the receipt showed they weren’t supposed to be on it. There was also no one at the register helping other customers, who were left waiting. The cashier was rude, chewing gum and acting annoyed with customers. When I explained the issue, the manager eventually gave me a refund after another five minutes but was very unprofessional. If I could, I wouldn’t leave a star at all.

There were kids playing around inside and making a mess with the hand sanitizer. The kids had no parent there. They were also cussing and very rude. I told a worker but she did nothing. It took our food forever to come out.

Went through drive through. Repeated my order more than once and it was still wrong. I know how it feels to work in fast food so I did not complain, I took it home and ate it.

When I pulled up to the speaker, the guy taking my order sounded like he had an attitude. I blinked and dismissed it, then made my order. When he told me my order, he gave a rather exasperated sigh, like he had something better to do. Now, during my order, I told him cheese and ketchup only on the burger; it even says so on the ticket. Yet, for whatever reason, they put everything on it anyway. Not sure what the guy who gave me my stuff's problem was, but honestly, what happened to the good customer service I used to remember from this chain?
